Bonstra | Haresign ARCHITECTS, David and Eduardo will discussed case studies of 4 projects – affordable, student and market rate multi-family mixed-use projects in Washington DC, Silver Spring MD, Williamsburg VA and Baltimore MD. Following the case studies, trends in multifamily design and drawing/sizing “rules” for unit mix, unit design and amenity spaces will be discussed.
