  • Lonna is an Associate and Project Architect at Ayers Saint Gross in their Baltimore office, working across a variety of project types ranging from higher education and housing to DEI focused initiatives. She graduated from the University of Maryland where she received both her undergraduate and master's degrees. As a graduate student, Lonna was awarded both the Faculty Award for Achievement in Design and the Thesis Prize for her graduate thesis, Safe Space. She later received both an AIA DC Emerging Architects award and AIA Designing for Equity award post-grad for the same thesis. Lonna has been teaching at Catholic University since 2020 in the undergraduate program and when she is not teaching, she is a mentor in the ACE Mentorship program where she was awarded the ACE Mentor of the Year award in 2023.
