    Rob Holzbach

    Rob Holzbach is an Associate Principal and Director of Staff Operations with Hickok Cole Architects. He has 18 years of experience in architecture and interior design. Rob joined Hickok Cole in 2004 and he is both a Project Designer and Project Manager. Most recently, Rob was the project designer for the NPR Headquarters Building and the Naitonal Children's Museum. He specializes in build-to-suit, commercial office core and shell, and office building repositioning projects.

    Mark Ramirez

    Mark Ramirez is the Director of the Commercial Office with Hickok Cole. He has over 20 years of experience in architecture. Mark and his group were responsible for a winning entry in the National NAIOP Office of the Future Design competition. 

    In addition, Mark was co-founder of Hickok Cole's I-Lab program which provides avenues for research within the office including: "bottom up" micro-grants and "top down" directed research.
